Recipe Notes
Recipe Variation
4 (5.3 oz) Vanilla Greek Yogurt (Strawberry or Plain)
3 tablespoon honey (or maple syrup or agave)
0.8 oz freeze-dried strawberries (if you prefer, replace with fresh strawberries, either chopped or thinly sliced, or mixed berries. Other great add-ons are mini chocolate chips or granola)
HOW TO STORE
Fridge: As the name suggests, frozen yogurt bark does not hold up well in the fridge since it will begin to melt. For this reason, I suggest keeping it in the freezer only.
Freezer: You can store the frozen yogurt bark in an airtight container or freezer-safe bag for up to 2 months.
Prep ahead: This is a perfect make-ahead dessert! Simply make the bark and freeze it, then it’s ready whenever you want a healthy, sweet treat.
