Queijadinha Básica

Receita fácil e rápida de queijadinha sem glúten.
Servings 24 mini queijadinhas

Ingredients

Ingredientes:

  • 1 lata de leite condensado
  • 1 xícara de chá de coco ralado flocos grandes
  • 2 gemas grandes de ovo à temperatura ambiente e passadas na peneira
  • 2 colheres de chá de extrato de baunilha

Instructions

Modo de Preparo:

  • Pré-aqueça o forno a 180° C.
  • Ponha as forminhas de papel de mini cupcakes na forma própria para assar mini cupcakes.
  • Misture bem todos os ingredientes.
  • Encha ¾ de cada uma das forminhas. Limpe qualquer pingo da mistura que haja caído na forma. Leve ao forno e deixe assar por aproximadamente 13 minutos. Se estiver fazendo o tamanho regular, aumente o tempo para 16 a 20 minutos.
  • Remova do forno, deixe esfriar um pouco e coma morna ou à temperatura ambiente.
