How to Make Halloween Rice Krispie Treats
For the Spider Web:

3) Dip the tip of each pop stick into the melted candy and insert it into the center of the base of each Rice Krispie Treat until secured. Freeze them for at least 5 minutes. SEE PIC. 1
4) Dip the Krispie Treats into the melted black candy. Spoon it over the treat to fully coat. Allow excess to drip back into the bowl or gently slide a metal spatula to remove excess. SEE PIC. 2
5) Place the treats on the parchment paper, maintaining a space between each one. Place the eyes. Let the treats set, about 10 minutes.
6) In another microwave-safe dish, melt about 1 cup of the white candy melts (or white chocolate) and then stir until smooth. Transfer to a piping bag cut off the tip of the bag with scissors, and pipe over the set dipped treat. Let them set again! SEE PIC. 3
